  • Communications — information you provide when contacting support, submitting tickets, or corresponding with our team.
  • Protected health information (PHI) — when you use the e-prescribing Service, PHI may be processed in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws and our Business Associate Agreement with covered entities.
